This midcentury 14k gold engagement ring has a quietly powerful presence, with a round brilliant cut diamond nestled into a squared setting of white gold with bead prongs in little florets at each corner. Cut-outs in the undergallery tow the line between architectural and organic, like a castle built as an homage to tulips. Three channel set single cut diamonds lie to either side, framed by milgrain, before the shoulders drop downward into a slightly tapered band.
